DiagnoAI is a diagnostic assistance tool and does not replace professional medical judgment. • AI-generated suggestions are for reference only • Final diagnostic decisions must be made by qualified healthcare professionals • Users are responsible for verifying all AI-generated content • DiagnoAI is not liable for clinical decisions made using our platform • Always follow established medical protocols and guidelines

Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan: • Payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice • Failure to pay may result in service suspension • Usage beyond plan limits may incur additional charges

Either party may terminate service: • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms • Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease • Data export is available for 30 days following termination • Certain provisions survive termination, including liability limitations
